The Honiton Wine Bar is a unique, licensed eatery located in Honiton high street. Honiton is a bustling market town in East Devon, it is famous for it’s lace-making, pottery and antiques trade. The Honiton Wine Bar was established in December 1992 , it is a beautiful grade 2 listed property with many historic features.
The Honiton Wine Bar is now a family run business. We (Peter and Lisa Beigan) took ownership of the business in November 2018. We are a close family with 4 daughters. We have a long history with the Wine Bar, we both worked there for many years before our children were born, it has remained in our hearts ever since. We feel honoured to be given the opportunity to run it ourselves and are very excited about our future there.
We are committed to using local produce, wine merchants and breweries to supply our customers with excellent quality food and drink.
Our current opening hours are –
Tues- Sat – 6-11pm
Our 40 seat restaurant boosts many original features and is the perfect setting for any occasion.

Our wine list includes a variety of specially chosen wines to suit all palates and to complement our current menus.
Local ale is Dartmoor Brewery’s own ‘Jail Ale’ & ‘IPA’ available in bottles. Our premium Italian lager Birra Murano is available on tap and we offer Strongbow Cloudy Apple cider on tap, we also stock local Norcotts cider in a variety of wonderful flavours. Also available San Miguel and Sol in bottles.
